Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective September 9, 2026 · Sponsorship version 2026-09-09-reminders-v3
Mailing address: Open & Live, 2641 Gravois Ave, St Louis, MO 63118.
1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the one-time Spotlight sponsorship described in the Sponsorship Terms. For refunds or billing concerns, contact topdog@puremoney.lol with your order reference, date, amount, issue and requested remedy. Never email complete payment-card details. Please report problems promptly; asking within 14 days of discovering an issue helps us investigate, but this is not a cutoff for mandatory legal rights.
2. What is purchased
A confirmed purchase activates a campaign for 30 consecutive days in the shared rotation across both positions. The same advertiser is selected for the banner and square on each turn. New buyers do not end or shorten existing campaigns. They reduce each campaign’s selection share. The private order page shows the activation and end times. No exclusive first day, fixed audience, selection count, clicks, sales or revenue is guaranteed.
3. When a refund or correction is due
If we charge you but never activate the campaign because of a failure on our side, we will refund the unfulfilled purchase. Confirmed duplicate charges for the same order will be corrected. If we end a compliant campaign early or our advertising system materially fails to provide its purchased eligibility, we will investigate and restore verified lost campaign time or provide an appropriate refund for undelivered service if that remedy cannot be provided. If the service closes before delivery is complete, remaining undelivered service will be addressed appropriately. Required legal refunds remain available.
These remedies concern advertising delivery. A camera provider’s outage does not automatically mean both advertising positions failed. Ordinary shared rotation, new campaign purchases and disclosed share changes are not failures to deliver.
4. New buyers and disappointing results
No refund is due solely because another advertiser buys a campaign, the active campaign count increases, your share of selections falls as disclosed, your full 30-day term ends, or traffic, clicks, sales or search results disappoint. A new buyer does not remove your campaign or receive priority for paying a higher posted price. There is no guaranteed unique-visitor or impression balance. Mandatory legal rights and the service-failure remedies above still apply.
5. Canceling before payment or requesting early removal
Cancel an unpaid checkout through its return/cancel link. We verify that it can no longer be paid before releasing the reservation. An abandoned checkout normally expires after approximately 31 minutes; payment-processing uncertainty can delay release. No new Spotlight subscription is created.
For a paid campaign, request voluntary early removal through support. Removal stops future display when processed; it does not automatically create a refund entitlement for service already delivered or a disclosed change in shared selection share. Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain available where applicable. We do not treat a generic checkbox as a blanket waiver of those rights.
6. Content or payment problems
We may suspend prohibited, deceptive, harmful or rights-infringing advertising, during a campaign, and investigate payment disputes or suspected fraud. Contact us to correct a mistake or contest a removal. Violating the content terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund; we assess the circumstances, undelivered service and applicable law. We do not keep payment for an unfulfilled purchase merely by calling a technical failure a content issue.
7. Processing and disputes
Approved refunds are submitted through the original payment processor to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times vary; we do not promise an immediate credit. We may verify ownership using a receipt or transaction reference and retain records needed for disputes and legal obligations. You may raise a good-faith dispute with your payment provider. Contacting support first can help correct an error but is not a waiver of that right.
8. Legacy subscriptions and changes
Purchases under earlier pricing retain their original paid rights and applicable remedies. The new model does not convert an old subscription into a shared-rotation campaign. Canceling a legacy subscription stops future renewals according to its existing terms, not service already paid for. Future policy changes apply prospectively and cannot remove non-waivable protections.
Repurchase reminder emails and campaign expiry
At checkout you may choose promotional repurchase reminders. If selected, we schedule one reminder in each of the final five 24-hour windows before your campaign ends, at approximately 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 days remaining. Timing follows the campaign’s activation/end time, not the viewer’s local theme schedule or the 7 a.m. Central click-report schedule. We check approximately every minute, send no more than one reminder per campaign in 24 elapsed hours, and send up to five in total. Delays or outages may reduce that number; missed earlier reminders are not sent in a burst. Reminders stop at expiry, suspension, refund or unsubscribe. They are separate from daily click reports.
Reminders are sent from topdog@puremoney.lol to the purchaser’s Stripe receipt email. Every site-generated buyer email, including reminders, is blind-copied to the operator at nuclearinbox@gmail.com. Copies may contain campaign information and private order links. Reminder emails identify their promotional purpose, include the operator’s postal address, and offer an unsubscribe link. You may also turn reminders off through your private order page. Unsubscribing immediately stops repurchase reminders for all campaigns then associated with that email address; it does not stop paid ads, service confirmations or separately controlled daily click reports. A later purchase can explicitly opt in again for that new campaign. Earlier purchasers are not automatically enrolled without that choice.
A reminder is an invitation, not an automatic renewal, price reservation, extension, payment authorization or guarantee of uninterrupted delivery. Repurchase requires a new checkout and payment at the then-current price. Each activated purchase increases the next price by US $1. A new purchase starts a separate 30-day campaign immediately upon activation; buying before an existing campaign ends overlaps the campaigns and does not append 30 days to the old end time. The old campaign still ends as scheduled. Each paid campaign has equal rotation weight. Checkout contention, payment processing and service availability can cause gaps; do not rely on receiving a reminder to track expiry.
