One advertiser fills both positions per camera interval; active campaigns receive balanced selection counts. New buyers reduce each campaign’s share without removing it or shortening its term. Higher price does not buy priority. Daily outbound-click reports run around 7 a.m. America/Chicago for the previous Central calendar day. Buyer emails come from the configured support sender and are blind-copied to the operator for support and records, as disclosed in /privacy.html.
